HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 5 days of purchase.
2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn. There must be NO odour of perfumes or body odours, it is at Envy Gifts' discretion to not allow a return if we think a garment has been worn. All homewares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
3. Our returns form, located within your account information, MUST be completed and accompany all returns.
4. Returns shipping charges are at the customer's responsibility. If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held responsible and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
5. All refunds will be made via the same payment method. Refund fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable. 
6. We DO NOT allow returns on any sale items.
